Handling multiple text matches
UsethecommandsinthistopicwhenDragonfindsmultipleinstancesofawordorphrasein
thepartofyourdocumentcurrentlyshowingonscreen.Dragondisplaysanumbernextto
eachinstance,sothatyoucanchoosetheoneyouhadinmindforthecommand.Thisfeature
alsoletsyousavetimebyapplyingthecommandtoallinstancesatonceifdoingsomakes
senseforthatparticularcommand.

n IfyoupreferthatDragonchangeonlytheinstanceofawordorphrasenearesttothe
cursor,youcanturnthisoptionoffinDragon'sOptionsdialogbox,Commandstab(see
Enablemultipletextmatches).Then,ifDragonselectsthecorrectwordorphrasebut
nottherightinstance,youcansay"SelectAgain"toselectthepreviousinstance.By
default,thefeatureisturnedon.
Here'sanexampleofwhatDragondoeswiththe"Italicize<xyz>"command.Whenyousay
"italicizecourse,"Dragondisplaysanumbernexttoeachmatchingitem,asshownhere.
Thenyoucansay"Choose<n>,"where<n>representsoneofthenumberedtextmatches,
or"ChooseAll"toapplythecommandtoalltextmatches.Dragononlynumberstextmatches
thatarevisibleinyourcurrentdocumentwindow.
